Iowa Radiology is now utilizing electronic statements for patient billing! Following a visit, you can expect to receive your statement via email and/or text. If you wish to opt-out from eStatements you can do so by following the instructions provided within the eStatement message.
If payment is not received within 7 days, a paper statement is automatically mailed to your address. If you have questions about the transition to electronic billing, please direct your call to our billing department (515-226-2122).
