Clive Location

We are currently in search of a dedicated full-time Mammography/General Technologist to join our Clive Iowa Radiology team. The position offers regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates must possess an active R.T. (R) registration and hold a valid Iowa permit to practice. While prior experience in mammography is desirable, it is not mandatory, as we are willing to provide comprehensive training. However, a proficiency in general radiography is essential.

Patient Service Representative

Downtown Location

Iowa Radiology Downtown is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred, with specific knowledge of insurance prior authorizations considered advantageous. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.

In this role, responsibilities include scheduling exams with providers and patients, managing patient check-in and check-out procedures, as well as handling orders for exams sent electronically and by fax. The successful candidate will be adept at making a positive first impression in the office environment and will work closely with referring physicians and staff to coordinate appropriate exams. Furthermore, they will serve as a vital liaison between primary care providers, patients, scheduling, and radiology clinical staff, ensuring exemplary customer service at all times.

This position offers regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ultrasound Technologist

Ankeny Location

Iowa Radiology seeks a patient-centric, self-motivated, organized Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team. Board certification in OB/GYN and Abdominal Ultrasound is required, along with vascular experience. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible to sit for boards within 18 months of employment. Breast certification is desired but not mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of experience. The role entails performing a wide range of ultrasound exams, including breast imaging, for a bustling outpatient radiology facility. This is an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art Canon equipment. Some lifting is involved in this position.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist/PET CT

Waukee Location

Iowa Radiology in Waukee, IA, is seeking a full-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist/PET CT specialist. Candidates must possess ARRT certification and demonstrate strong skills in quality control, physiology knowledge, and PET scanning. This position involves operating PET CT equipment to produce diagnostic images, handling radioisotopes safely, and managing the hot lab and quality control program. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in nuclear medicine and a comprehensive understanding of the associated rules and regulations. A bachelor’s degree in the specialty area may also be required.

CT Technologist

Clive & Waukee Location

Iowa Radiology is seeking a full-time CT Technologist for our Clive and Waukee locations. This role requires working an eight-hour day shift from Monday to Friday. Candidates must be ARRT registered in general radiography and hold a current Iowa permit to practice. Experience in computed tomography and board certification in CT is highly desired, though training will be provided as needed. The successful candidate will be required to sit for the board certification within one year of employment. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and prior experience in CT is preferred.

The CT Technologist will perform CT scans using advanced imaging equipment, applying knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Responsibilities include adhering to aseptic techniques, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic imaging results. This role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and being a team player.
