General/Mammo Technologist
***4-day work week***
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General/Mammo Technologist to join our healthcare team. Iowa Radiology is a patient-centered practice that promotes a more compassionate approach to medicine. Responsibilities include:
- Producing mammography screenings and diagnostic exams following established protocols and guidelines.
- Utilizing general x-ray, bone densitometry and mammography modalities to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to accurately communicate imaging findings.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in mammography technology and techniques to provide optimal services to patients.
- Following established protocols for infection control and patient safety during all procedures.
Qualifications include:
- ARRT certification and a current Iowa permit to practice in general radiography is required.
- ARRT certification in mammography is a plus.
- State certified mammography training program is available for onsite specialty training.
- Some lifting is involved with this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23 – $40 per hour
Shift and schedule: 10 hour shift

MRI Technologist
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team. Iowa Radiology is a patient-centered practice that promotes a more compassionate approach to medicine. Responsibilities include:
- Performing MRI scans on patients according to established protocols and procedures.
- Providing compassionate care including explanation of procedures to patients, their family, and others as needed to ensure the patient’s understanding of the exam to be performed.
- Providing proper protection to patients, self, and others in the MRI room in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
- The MRI Technologist will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging results while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Following established protocols for infection control and patient safety during all procedures.
Qualifications include:
- Graduation from an AMA approved school of radiologic technology.
- Must be ARRT certified in MRI and Radiography.
- Must have a current state permit to practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26 – $45 per hour
Shift and schedule: 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri

CT Technologist
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. Iowa Radiology is a patient-centered practice that promotes a more compassionate approach to medicine. We provide our employees the ability to bring their authentic selves to work every day, providing compassionate care for our patients in a collaborative, supportive work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing diagnostic CT scans in conformance with established protocols and procedures using proper selecting and accurate operation of equipment.
- Providing compassionate care including explanation of procedures to patients, their family, and others as needed to ensure the patient’s understanding of the exam to be performed.
- Providing proper radiation protection to patients, self, and others in the CT room in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
- Collaborating with the team of medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Following established protocols for infection control and patient safety during all procedures.
Qualifications include:
- Graduation from an AMA approved school of radiological technology.
- Must hold board certification in general radiography.
- ARRT certification in CT is preferred.
- Must have current state permit to practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25 – $40 per hour
Shift and schedule: 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri
