Iowa radiology is contracted with the following health plans. We will bill your insurance as a courtesy and will ask for updated coverage at the time of your service.

We have included a list of most commonly received insurance plans. If yours is not listed, please contact your insurance carrier or our billing office for confirmation. We participate with most insurance plans. While this list is updated regularly, it is the guarantor's responsibility to check with his insurance provider for coverage and benefits.
